An early Happy Thanksgiving to all, and we hope to make this season of giving one that considers what’s good locally for our environment, our neighbors, and those less fortunate than ourselves. This is a reminder that the Seaman’s Church will be hosting a Thanksgiving meal so feel free to contact them for more information.

Our Holiday Block Party kicks off Newport’s Holidays by the Sea on November 27th. Come watch Newport harbor sparkle during the Illuminated Boat Parade that starts at 6:15pm. The Wharf is ready for you, rain or shine, 365 days of the year but on this night Bowen’s Wharf shops and restaurants will be feeling especially festive and are open until at least 8pm.

Fluke Wine, Bar & Kitchen will host a cocktail party from 4-5:30pm with complimentary snacks, drink specials and a cash bar. They will have some visibility for the boat parade at 6:15 from the restaurant – but they definitely encourage reservations for dinner! Soap & Water Newport is offering 20-40% off your purchase the day of this event, along with free shipping and will be open from 10am-10PM! Hot refreshments here too, as well as complimentary hot cider at the Wharf Pub Newport! While dipping in and out of your favorite shops enjoy the live music of CotePercussion being performed at the “North Pole”.
