Built in 1987, the M/V Spirit of Newport is a multi-decked cruise ship designed to carry up to 200 passengers in complete comfort and safety.
Our large main deck is completely enclosed and offers a full service bar for food and drinks. Or, choose the partially covered observation deck for a magnificent view of beautiful Narragansett Bay and historic Newport harbor.
There is a photo opportunity everywhere you look as you cruise by the spectacular sights during the one hour narrated tour. Perfect for the whole family, you will see glamorous private yachts, modern racing sailboats, sleek warships, Newport’s own commercial fishing fleet and even giant cruise ships from around the world.
You'll also cruise by Newport's waterfront, Goat Island, the Newport Bridge, Rose Island, Jamestown, picturesque Hammersmith Farm, Fort Adams and the New York and Ida Lewis Yacht Clubs.

Music Cruises
Every Wednesday at 8:00pm in July and August, the soothing accoustic stylings of Bob Tomassone become the soundtrack for spectacular Newport sunsets. Bob's local following is sure to book early–so you should too.
