If you are having trouble viewing this site, please review the information below. Problems viewing web sites are more often than not related to browser settings on the user's computer. Please review this information and follow the instructions to view this site to it's fullest potential.
1. Set your browser to accept frames
2. Set your monitor resolution to its highest setting, usually 1024 x 768
3. Open your browser window to full screen with no sidebars or tool bars.
Browser Selection
To view this site in its proper form, you should use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 + (available through the link at right or from the downloads sections). The design team does not recommend Netscape Navigator as it does not suppoort all of the features developed for this site, however you will still be able to see all of the information contained in the site if you use Netscape 4.0 +. Get Internet Explorer, ITS FREE, and it works on any computer.
YOUR BROWSER MUST BE SET TO ACCEPT FAMES OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THIS SITE PROPERLY.
Monitor Resolution and Screen Size
Adjust your screen resolution to at least 1024 x 768 pixels MINIMUM. If you do set your screen for this resolution, you will not be viewing the site in its full format. This is the standard resolution for all laptops made after 1997. Open your Browser window to the full size of your screen and close any toolbars in your browser that you are not using to fully appreciate this site.
TO ADJUST Screen resolution for MACINTOSH users:
Open the CONTROL PANELS folder from the APPLE MENU and select MONITORS. Change the resolution to 1024 x 768.
TO ADJUST Screen resolution for WINDOWS users:
Select the folder on youur desktop called MY COMPUTER or SETTINGS. Open the CONTROL PANELS folder and select DISPLAY or MONITOR. Click on the SETTINGS TAB and change the resolution to 1024 x 768.
TIP: If you are seeing graphics that are clipped or you have to scroll from left to right to read the site, your monitor is probably set to 800 x 600. Although you can still view the site, we recommend a higher resolution to use this site the way it was designed to be viewed and used. When changing the resolution to a higher number, HTML type will become smaller. If you are having trouble reading type, increase the TEXT ZOOM in your browser by going to the MENU BAR, select VIEW, then TEXT ZOOM and increase the size accordingly. This will not change the size of the graphics, but will change the size of HTML type which contains most of the important data you need for this site.
Downloading Documents
Official documnets for this site have been created in Adobe Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format) which is a widely accepted format for tranferring documents in their orignal form for printing on users printers while retaining the intended formatting. If you do own a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0+, you can download a copy of this free program from the link at left or visit www.adobe.com and download the appropriate version for your computer.
To download PDFs for WINDOWS users:
Find the document you wish to view or download and SHIFT CLICK on the PDF icon. This will automatically download the document to your desktop or designated download folder. If you have Acrobat installed properly, the document should automatically open after downloading. If it does not, Open Acrobat independently and then open the downloaded file from your desktop and print as normal.
